This boutique distillery offers the ultimate gin masterclass, perfect for beginners. You’ll learn how to make gin using their Alembic Pot Stills, delving into the fascinating history of this beloved beverage and the botanicals that make it so tasty. The two-hour session will be led by Wildflower’s expert distillers and give you access to their suite of botanicals, so that you can craft your perfect gin.
Cauldron Distillery, Tamborine Mountain
Stunning mountain views aren’t all this Tamborine Mountain distillery has to offer – they also have not one, but two gin classes tailored to beginners. In their ‘Gin Making Class’, you’ll choose from over 100 botanicals and distil your very own gin (fuelled by a cheese grazing board). Their ‘Gin Blending Class’, on the other hand, will teach you the art of gin compounding – combining flavours to create a balanced gin that’s right up your alley.
