ARE YOU LOOKING TO ESCAPE EVERYDAY STRESS AND YOUR DAILY GRIND IN A TROPICAL PARADISE? SILLY QUESTION, RIGHT?
It’s right about now that most of us are feeling the end-of- year drag. Another busy year has zapped our energy and there’s so much busy-ness. Agree? If you need to stop, breathe and take
stock of life, Soul Centre has unveiled a magical escape that you need to put under your Christmas tree (for yourself!) this year.
Soul Centre owner Libby Wever and her business partner daughter Maddy will be taking guests on the six-night all-inclusive retreat to Fiji. Daily yoga, meditation and pranayama, morning and night, will be taught by Kirsten Nielsen and Libby, with workshops throughout the week on yogic
philosophy, asana and meditation as well as other daily activities such as hiking, exploring waterfalls, scuba diving and learning more about the Fijian culture. Three gourmet meals daily rounds out this blissful offering.
“In our hectic busy world it is easy to forget about the magic inside each of us. Just as your car needs a service, so do you,” Libby says. “This retreat is an act of service for your physical body, your mind and, most importantly, your soul. These are all the aspects that require guidance and
nurturing in order to flourish.”
The beautiful Matanivusi Eco retreat is where guests will be based and the resort specialises in surfing. There’s the option to combine surfing with your yoga practice on this retreat or, if you’re a newbie, have your first surfing lesson in paradise!
The Soul Centre retreat will be held on March 11-17, 2018. Soul Centre is based at The Brickworks, Southport.
