Lockyer Valley produce will take centre stage in early 2018, as Spicers Hidden Vale debuts its inaugural summer festival showcasing the gourmet food, wine and beer from the region. The Flavours of Summer Gourmet Festival will run at the property from January 8-28 with a variety of events on offer, from long lunches and moonlight cinema showings, to cheese and champagne masterclasses, as well as the not-to- be-missed Hawke’s Brewing Co backyard cricket tournament.
