Situated above the Surfers Paradise Esplanade in Peppers Soul, you’d be forgiven for missing Hyde Paradiso from the street. But trek up the stairs and you’ll be treated to uninterrupted beach views, a deliciously varied menu and fun cocktails aplenty.
